Alay Razvi
Alay is the founding partner of M/s Accord Juris LLP. Alay Razvi holds a degree in Bachlors in Law from
Osmania University. He also holds Diploma in Aviation Law and Airport Management from Nalsar University
( Hyderabad) and also Commercial Pilot License from Aeroflite Aviation Academy, Philippines. With over 10
years of experience in providing multidimensional legal services to individual, institutional and corporate
clients. His expertise lies in civil litigation before the Civil Courts, High Courts, Revenue Courts and all quasijudicial courts, including the National Company Law Tribunal and Appellate Tribunals.
Alay’s strong interpersonal and communication skills, combined with his zeal to work in highly diverse
environments with people from varied backgrounds has helped in streamlining the legal process and
establishing a set guideline for efficient and hassle-free functionality for major corporations as well as startups. In addition, he excels in active litigation and negotiation for out of court settlements. His strengths
include witness examination, preparation of deposition, case theory development and presentation of facts
with argument abilities.
Alay has been an independent lawyer where he has efficiently handled matters before the Honourable High Court of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, State Consumer Dispute Redressal Forms, District Courts, Sessions Court, Arbitration Tribunals, Family Court and various other forums; drafting, filing and arguing Civil Revision Petitions, Direction Petition and writs under Article 227 of the Constitution of India; held discussions with solicitors, briefed senior counsel and obtained opinion of senior counsel in complex matters.
Alay has also developed expertise in preparing drafts, vetting legal documents, notices, petitions, contracts, several type of agreements, power of attorney (POA), written statements, interlocutory applications, applications under relevant provisions of the law relating to arbitration and dispute resolution, intellectual
property and company law. He has handled matters before the District Collector, RDO, MRO which also includes drafting, filing and arguing; handled arguments in appeals before the District Registrar, Stamps and Registration.
