Sneha Bhogle

Sneha is a graduate of law from Osmania University, Hyderabad. She started her career after enrolling herself with the Andhra Pradesh Bar in 2008. She has worked with for Ganu and Co, for a span for 12 years, and has gained expertise in the field of litigation and dispute resolution.

Sneha is a meticulous and dedicated lawyer and brings with her more than 10 years of experience in the field of litigation, arbitration, consultancy and drafting. Sneha has worked on various areas of civil side litigation, including real estate laws, intellectual property law, consumer protection laws, labour and employment laws, law relating to arbitration, conciliation and dispute resolution, municipal laws, contract law, media and
entertainment law and family and matrimonial law. She has assisted in and argued several matters before the erstwhile High Court of Andhra Pradesh and presently the High court of Telangana, Supreme Court and High Court of Delhi.

She has provided litigation, advisory and consultancy services to various clients in diverse fields in matters relating to trademark and copyright law, real estate, conduct of due diligence with respect to lands and their flow of title.

She has also worked closely on several arbitration and dispute resolution matters, particularly pertaining to Section 9 and Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 in the High Court, as well as institutional arbitration proceedings and post arbitration proceedings in the District Courts.

Sneha has also worked on various public interest litigations (PIL), notably a PIL which championed the cause
of advocates and villagers affected by the rice mills in surrounding areas. Her primary interest is litigation,
and representing clients in court.
